I think subtitles would be best for me. I cannot imagine trying to watch a whole Japanese show without them lol. A dub would be nice too, but I think subtitles would let me get more of a Japanese feel to the show, ya know?

Kimdimond, you have a point there… It’s not always fun to read when you’re watching a show, but if you are trying to learn the language they are speaking, subtitles really help. You can’t really learn anything with a dub.

Some subtitles are really messed up, writing out things different from what the character actually said.

I watch both. First sub because I like the feeling they put into their words. And then dub to see just how good it can be.
