CREATING MY PROFILE

How can I join?


To create a profile, click the “Sign Up” button. Next, upload your profile photo and fill out the registration form. Keep in mind that you must activate your account after creating your profile, so be sure to check your email for the link.

Why can’t I log in?


You must first activate your account by clicking the activation link sent to your email. After you activate your account, you will be able to log in using your username and password.

*Make sure you are logging in using the USERNAME you chose during registration, not your email address.

I did not receive an email to activate my account. What should I do?


If you provided a wrong email during registration, you will not be able to receive the approval email or log in.

If you provided a correct email address and submitted your registration form properly after filling it out, an activation link was sent to your email address. Make sure to provide the correct email address.

Also, check your spam folder to make sure it did not become misplaced.

I can’t upload my photo to my profile. What should I do?

MAKING CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT OR MY PROFILE

How do I update my email address?


To update your account email address, go to your profile page and click one the “Settings” icon in your profile menu located under your photo. Scroll down to “General Settings” and you’ll find “Account Email.”

How do I change my password?


To change your password, go to your profile page and click one the “Settings” icon in your profile menu located under your photo. Scroll down to “General Settings” and you’ll find “Change Password.”

How do I change my main profile photo?


To change your main profile photo, go to your profile page and hover mouse over your current photo. A gray bar will appear at the bottom of your photo with the words “Select Your Profile Photo” -OR- click the purple “Change Profile Photo” button.

Can I change my username?


You cannot change your username after registration, so please choose one carefully before creating your account.

I have moved to a different area. How can I update my location?


If you have moved to a different location, CLICK HERE to update your profile.






EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

How does email notification work?


You will receive an email notification whenever you receive a new match, flirt, or message from another member of the Blasian Luv Forever™ community.

You can decide if you wish to receive email notifications. To enable or disable email notification for messages, click on the “Settings” link in the top drop down menu. This will take you to the Settings Options page on your profile. Click on “Email.” You can then toggle notifications on or off.






OTHER QUESTIONS

Why am I being re-directed back to my profile when I click on something else?


If you do not have a main profile photo uploaded, you will not be able to navigate the site and you will get re-directed back to your profile page.

On your profile, hover your mouse over the gray photo box, then click the “Select Your Profile Photo” link -OR- click the purple “Change Profile Photo” button to upload your profile photo. Make sure to crop your photo to size, then click “Save Photo.” Once your photo is on your profile, you will be able to navigate the site.

How secure is my personal information?
