Is it harder to show interest in a BM as oppose to a WM, or your own nationality? If so why do you think so? What are some of the taboos surrounding us that you are brave enough to either not care or believe in about us. Please be honest, brutally honest too. It’s nothing we haven’t heard before. Also I wish I can give all y’all a kiss on the cheek and say thank you for not only helping to break narratives Surrounding us from inflated stereotypes, but also. I couldn’t imagine some of the family pressures some of you ladies may be disregarding to follow your hearts or ummm other parts. Your ummm other parts only think & want to deal in lust though. Sure a connection there off top is a major plus. I’ve found out when you lead into a relationship with that physical energy first as oppose to mental energy and stimulation sometimes the heart is easily fooled by all the bragging and excitement your umm parts are sending signal wise. Now you’re saying I love you and you barely know each other. And As they say the heart wants what it wants. There’s nothing wrong with wanting love. The heart just wants to love selfishly. This leads to Just sex, no pillow talk whatsoever. Here is a little tip. Keep a level head in between the two. Never let your heart and umm parts dictate your future. Your head will be in the clouds for a moment, but it will clear up. Then put them emotions in check and let your mind dictate how you will ride the rest of the way out. I learned that the hard way. With that being said I salute you all cause For the most part we don’t have that hill overcome family wise. Most black families are super inviting and will treat you like a long lost cousin when you come to the bbq. All you gotta do is speak. Then if you really wanna impress. Go and see if they need some help in the kitchen. Next thing you know. They calling you cousin & sis in law. You learned how to play spades, and somebody then braided your hair while you was playing.😂 A plate of food is on its way over to you without you even asking for one. Right on time too, cause your stomach just growled. Old drunk uncle Billy trying to impress you by giving you a plate of food fresh off the grill.🤔Talking bout it’s for his niece lol but he really trying to flirt with you.🤔 I gotta watch uncle Billy ass🙄
My bad, I went full story mode lol. If any fellas read the last part. Tell me if I’m lying or is the Bbq going to go just like that? It all depends on you speaking and saying hello to everyone and seeing if whoever in the kitchen needs some help. If Big mama in the kitchen and she lets you help her and she likes you. Aww, man You can almost do no wrong. If we break up granny gone ask what the hell I did cause she know it was all my fault lol. That’s like having all the infinity stones when granny on yo side.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’m out ✌🏾&❤️
December 27, 2021 at 12:07 am #24029I like that about Black people, they are super inviting and treat you like family even if you’re not.
January 10, 2022 at 8:59 am #24209For me personally, it’s easier to show interest in a BM because that’s just who I feel attracted to. What about you? Is it easier to show interest in an AW, WW, or your own race?
January 14, 2022 at 10:35 pm #24267Honestly it’s easier to show interest in WW. AW seem so unattainable. I wish more AW showed their interest when they’re interested. Why are AW so shy when it comes to BM?
January 14, 2022 at 10:40 pm #24268How would your family treat me if I came to your BBQ? Would the love be the same, or would taboos & stereotypes be a problem?
January 17, 2022 at 7:25 am #24302Hahaha, “Old Drunk Uncle Billy” 😂🤣 FACTS!
February 2, 2022 at 12:11 pm #24536If a Black guy were to come to my family BBQ, my family would treat him kindly. Stereotypes would not be a problem because they are so open minded.
February 12, 2022 at 11:34 pm #24683Hey Doobie2234, Well, I personally am shy all the time lol, not just towards BM.
February 12, 2022 at 11:36 pm #24684My family does not have BBQs but if we did, my family will treat you nice at our BBQ. The love will be the same, but we are all shy so watchout… don’t take it personally, lol.
February 13, 2022 at 2:31 pm #24691@kimdiamond lol I know it would be super awkward if you just walk up in the family BBQ holding hands with me. All I hear is the sound of records screeching to a stop and whatever a neck turn sounds like. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Also about the shyness. It’s as if AW are so shy that it makes me shy. I guess That’s why it’s easier showing interest in WW. But I don’t want a WW 🙄 lol
February 17, 2022 at 7:26 am #24749kimdiamond, I thought it was just my household! My family doesn’t do BBQs either.
February 20, 2022 at 9:38 am #24803Doobie2234,
Lol. It makes you shy back? Wow, it’s like the shyness that keeps on giving! 😂
Why don’t you want a WW?February 20, 2022 at 9:41 am #24804Hey Giftlove, Yeah we never ever did a barbaque lol.
We do have family get togethers though. Mainly Korean dishes. BBQs would be a bit out of place, I mean unless it were Korean BBQ but that’s not really something we’ve eaten much at my house.February 20, 2022 at 10:53 pm #24811Me and my family have been doing BBQs since I was 2. And we invited everyone, and I mean EVERYONE. Our Asian neighbors were always the first to arrive 😁
February 21, 2022 at 1:46 am #24816@anthony, I can soooo relate to your Asian neighboors. My parents are the type that would be first to functions like that if we were invited 🤦
